It's been a long time!!!

I am getting so big! And have a a big attitude to boot! I love my mom and dad! And the grammas are my favorite. I even like my daddy papa!(grandpa) Mom is trying to take my baaba away but she has a fight on her hands if she does that. I do pretty good at running everyone ragged. I think that's my job! I am 18 months old now almost 19. They tell me I have a baby brother on the way what ever that means. I kiss mommies belly and say brusher. I have a large vocabulary and make no Qom's abouts using it. Well that's about all for now.

So Christmas was a hit! We had such a nice time. It was fun to watch Payton open her presents. More interested in everything else than her presents from santa. None the less she had fun. With her first birthdat coming up. Maybe she will have the hang of opening present by then. We had a nice time. What a great christmas.

So thanksgiving was a success. All the family was there. It was nice. Gram took care of the turkey. And everybody else pitched in on everything else. I am grateful for my family and friends. The holidays are my favorite starting with halloween. With us having the big house it was nice to be able to accomidate everyone. Happy Holidays All.

I suppose I need to explain the basket thing. Payton and I were at Aunt Mandy's and she was very tired and cranky. So I put a blanket in the basket and laid her down. She was soon in dreamland. She slept there for a good hour. Why we got ready for bunnco. Payton woke fully refreshed and ready to crawl and play with her cousins again. She gets so excited when they play with her. And they do the same. David gives her kisses and calls her paytee. She can also drink out of a straw. Cold water is her favorite. She also has her two lower teeth and is now getting her uppers. Luckily she does not drool alot like some babies do. But she will bite you when you are not looking. Payton is also learning to play patty cake with Grandma Wright. Gram is bound and determined to teach her. With walking not to far off Jerry an I are trying to get ready by child proofing what we can. She has already pulled down the bird cage and got a mouth full of bird seeds. What fun that was. She has also decided that she does not like the vacuum,crying hysterically until I am done. Growing so fast and learning new things is the best thing to watch. We thank god for our precious little girl everyday!

Getting ready for Halloween!

Payton is going to be a ladybug! We are taking her trick or treating. We are going with her cousins. Leeding up to halloween we have a few bithdays. Our Hailey Jade turned 5 on the fourth. And Sidney will be 13 on the 17th. So Payton will have her party hat on once again. She is now pulling herself up to stuff and standing up. A little ahead of the curve if you ask me. Standing in her crib yelling mama dada. Or sometimes just mom. Is a great alarm clock at 6 in the morning. Completely content to sit in there and make noise until mom or dad pay attention to the new day. Lucky her she gets to take a nap at 10. Mom and Dad are not so lucky. She is eating everything from cheerios to eggs for breakfast. She starting to drink from a sippy cup from time to time. She is 9 mo. old now. And shows no sign of slowing down keeping us on our toes. Getting into anything and everything she can. Which I think is the fun part. Jerry on the other hand tends to be a worry wart about some things. But is learning to relax and stress over the bigger things.

So of coarse I have more pictures of Payton! I get people stopping to look and talk to her all the time. Oh! What a cute baby! Complements all the time. She is a bright star that attracts people. Even great big guys will stop and talk in baby talk to her. She has that effect on people. Jerry and I most certainly have a soft spot for her in our hearts. "The best blessing given to man is a child". Thank You God! For one of the most perfect creations on this earth. Our baby Payton Lynn. May she grow to be all that she can be. The stars are there for you to reach my baby!

Happy Birthday Mom!

So we had everyone over for my moms birthday. It ended up a great party. We had a really good dinner. Gram cooked fried potatoes. Dad ordered a big cake to hold all moms candels. Happy birthday mom! Payton also ate her first bitter biscuit this last weekend. As you can see in the photos she enjoyed it. She is now learning to pick stuff up and put it in her mouth. Like dog food and cat food Thanks aunt Shanna! She crawls with a purpose. This baby is very determined.

So Jerry and I had our first getaway! This of coarse was very difficult,for I have spent every night since Payton was born with nomore than a few feet between us! Needless to say I spent that nightnext to a slot machine in wendover. Not a great trade if you ask me. So why I was in wendover hoping for the million dollar jackpot to drop in my lap!! (hahaha) My sister and my 3 wonderful nieces where hard at work giving my child a make-over. They placed a lovely wig on her head. Took a pic and text it to as follows : Payton grew hair! There sits my child like a cabbagepatch doll that some little girl has drug around and pulled her ponytails out. Needless to say I then knew that she was having the time of her life. Her face in the pic says it all don't you think. Thanks Mandy for taking care of my child as I would one of yours. Your the best little sis ever. Love ya
